This class focuses on a workout that involves body awareness, proper body posture and alignment, physical endurance, mobility and coordination. Pilates is a somatic activity that involves not only training the body but also the mind, promoting proper breathing and a healthy workout aimed at targeting the deep muscles of the body that are often undervalued. A special focus in this class is given to joint mobility and stability, building a healthy body.

The class is tailored to the clients’ needs and our teachers are ready to give individual assist you to achieve your personal goals.
