Pre Dance & Ballet
RAD Level: Pre-Primary In Dance & Primary In Dance
The first basics and techniques are developed for the dance. Children's natural movement skills are nurtured with age-appropriate fantasy themes and music. Students are encouraged to express themselves through movement, dance and pantomime to express.
Ballet Junior I & II
7 - 9 years
The students acquire a strong basis in technique with the flow of movement, energy and artistic expression. Ballet Barrel Exercises, Correct Posture, Balance & amp; Control (Adage), Jumps (Allegro), Arms (Port de bras) & amp; Native character dance are taught using creative combinations and dances in these fun and stimulating classes.
Ballet Junior III & IV
9 - 11 years
The students acquire a strong basis in technique with the flow of movement, energy and artistic expression. Ballet for Teens – Level I & II
Ages 12–14 | Classical Ballet Training
These inspiring classical ballet classes enable teens to develop strong technique while fostering creativity, musicality, and expressive artistry. Students train in barre exercises, good posture, balance and control (adage), jumps (allegro), turning technique (pirouettes), elegant arm movements (port de bras), and national character dance.
Holistic Ballet Training
Presented holistically using the most up-to-date pedagogical methods, our expert teachers create a supportive and motivating environment. Students also explore the rich history and culture of ballet, combining challenging combinations and engaging choreography that nurture skill, confidence, and a lifelong passion for dance.
Ballet for Teens III & Pre-Professional
Ages 15+ | Classical Ballet Training
These advanced classical ballet classes enable dancers to perfect their technique while achieving the highest levels of artistry, precision, and expressive performance. Students train in barre exercises, balance and control (adage), jumps (allegro), turning technique (pirouettes), elegant arm movements (port de bras), national character dance, and master dancing en pointe. They also study classical repertoire from renowned stage ballets, refining their technique and stage presence, cultivating the grace, style, and confidence to perform as accomplished ballet artists.

Ballet for Adults: Beginner/Beginner Plus
Our beginner ballet classes are open to anyone with little or no prior experience.
Each class covers the fundamental ballet positions and movements whilst promoting the many health benefits of dance, including improved posture and alignment, balance, flexibility, fluidity, breathing, stress relief, inner calm, and joy. All classes are accompanied by uplifting ballet music.
Ballet for Adults: Intermediate
Our ballet classes are open to dancers with already some basic knowledge of classical ballet.
Each class expands the vocabulary of ballet steps and combinations through an open-class format that includes barre work, center practice, adage, turns, jumps, and a stimulating, somatics-based cool-down. Technique is developed and strengthened in a motivating environment.
