Acro increases balance, mobility, flexibility and motor coordination. A characteristic of acrobatic dance are the gentle, graceful transitions between dance and acrobatic movements, which take place exactly in time with the music. It develops individual self-confidence and social communication skills.

Stretch

Juniors & Teens

Stretch is ideal for dancers who want to improve their physical skills. The focus is on increasing flexibility, balance, core stability, muscle strength and correct body alignment. Training elements from yoga, Pilates and gymnastics are used alongside traditional dance methods to create an optimal dancer’s body.
